Metal fire-fighting sand box, easy to assemble.

It is actively applied as a fire-extinguishing accessory indoors and out-of-doors where there is a hazard of spilling of flammable or combustible liquids (warehouses, bases, production enterprises, fuel-filling stations).

Sand, as well as fire-extinguishers, can be referred to active means of protection against fire development at initial stages. To keep sand, RUSARSENAL R&M CO offers metal boxes of various volumes, of sectional construction. They are installed, as a rule, in complete with fire points. Boxes are made of carbon steel (thin rolled sheet) and painted with epoxy-polyester paint (RAL 3002). The design of the boxes allows easy removal of sand and protection thereof against rain- and snow-fall in accordance with >ППБ-01-03 and ГОСТ 12.4.009-83.

The sectional construction significantly facilitates transportation, storage and moving of the box. Assembling of the box does not require special skills and can be performed quickly and easily. All elements necessary for mounting and operation are included into the delivery set.

     

You may also keep oily rags in our boxes in order to prevent casual inflammation of the rags.

Quality and certificates

Sand boxes are not the items of mandatory certification in scope of fire safety in accordance with “List of products subjected to mandatory certification in scope of fire safety” approved by Order of RF MES dd. 08.07.2002.
