When operating electric installations, it is important to observe safety rules and to know and always apply protection equipment against electric shock. All insulating protective means are subdivided into basic and auxiliary. The latter are protective means which serve for protection against touching voltage and step voltage and are additional protective means against effect of an electric arc and its products of burning.
Auxiliary protective means against electric shock for voltages over 1 kV are: dielectric gloves, dielectric boots, dielectric rugs, personal conductive clothing, insulating stools and linings, dielectric caps, temporary grounds, guard devices, placards and safety signs.
Auxiliary protective means against electric shock for voltages under 1 kV are: insulating overshoes, dielectric rugs, temporary grounds, insulating stools and linings, guard devices, placards and safety signs. Protective means against electric shock are designed to be used at the highest allowable operating voltage of the electric installation.
RUSARSENAL R&M CO offers most popular protective means against electric shock which are essentially necessary in each entity
Dielectric gloves

Dielectric gloves designed for use as basic means of protection in electric installations up to 1000 V. They can be used in electric installations with voltage over 1000 V as auxiliary means of hands protection. They can be made of dielectric rubber and natural latex, with seam or seamless, five-fingered or two-fingered. It is allowed to use in electric installations only dielectric gloves with protective properties marking Эв and Эн.
