- Pressure fire hoses with an internal leak-proof tube are designed for use without external protective coating. Classic-brand hoses are new РПК (FHH - Fire Hose for fire hydrants (cocks)) series products designed and manufactured by RUSARSENAL R&M Co. They have performance characteristics exceeding those of Universal and Sibtek items and intended for operating at 1.0 MPa pressure. Therefore, these hoses perfectly fit firefighter indoor/outdoor mounting cabinets; they may be optionally connected to motor pumps and used for water household needs. Structurally, a hose consists of a polypropylene and polyether cloth jacket with an internal leak-proof ethylene-propylene rubber-based (EPDM) tube produced by other manufacturers. These hoses have smooth waterproof surface; individually selected components provide perfect adhesive properties and allow using the hoses in moderate and cold environment condition as well as in the most difficult operating conditions.
Hoses are featured with the following major advantages:
- Good environment and thermal stability;
- high aggressive media, acid, alkali, salt, ozone and sunlight resistance;
- Rot and mold, germ and hydrolysis resistance;
- Our products do not crack or compressed; they do not require re-rolling or coating with talc powder.

The manufacturer had additionally designed and launched producing 80 mm hoses:

This hose is designed to be connected to motor pumps and to be optionally used for water household needs. Now, this product is waiting for certification. There are standard 19, 25 and 40 mm hoses, as well.
On customer demand, these hoses may be fitted with hose couplings and hand nozzles РС-50.01 and РС-70.01 Hoses are to be connected to fire couplings and hand nozzles and braced with 1.6 mm galvanized wire that should meet the requirements set out in GOST (interstate standard) 792.
Our technologies make it possible to produce optional-length customer-specific hoses.
Marking
Subject to GOST (interstate standard) 51049-2008, a hose unit should be properly marked for its identification. Classic hoses are marked at the distance of maximum 0.5 m from the both ends:
- Technical regulation compliance mark;
- Manufacturer’s name or trade mark;
- Hose reference designation (РПК(В)-Н/В-Ду-1,0-М-УХЛ1 - FHH(IW)-EIH-D-1,0-OR-MCC1), D-diameter;
- Hose length in meters (real length w/o tolerance);
- Manufacturing date (month, year),
- Additional details (shift number, QC unit code).
Delivery Set
The delivery set includes:
- Rolled-up and tied-up hose
- Logbook as per GOST (interstate standard) 2.601-2013
Packing
All hoses, regardless of their diameter or completeness, are supplied being wrapped in individual packages that protect items from any environment effects occurred during shipment and storage. Manufacturer’s information is printed on every package.
Hoses may be optionally supplied unpacked.
Important Information
Wholesale products are loaded on pallets by means of special handling facilities. Every pallet is typically identified as follows:
- РПК(В)-Н/В-50-1,0-М-УХЛ1 (FHH(IW)-EIH-50-1,0-OR-MCC1) — 256 roll units to be transported by a engine and 352 roll units to be transported inside a shipping container
- РПК(В)-Н/В-65-1,0-М-УХЛ1 (FHH(IW)-EIH-50-1,0-OR-MCC1) — 192 roll units to be transported by a engine and 272 roll units to be transported inside a shipping container
Quality and Certificates
RUSARSENAL fire hoses with an internal leak-proof tube РПК (FHH) "Classic"meet GOST (interstate standard) R 51049-2008 and fire safety technical regulations (123-FA dated 22.07.2008 and 117-FA dated 10.07.2012); this product had been tested throughout all design and manufacturing stages (Test Certificate No. 002ТР-2014 dated 28.01.2014 (Fire Extinguisher Test Laboratory, Academy of State Fire-Fighting Service MES of Russia, N ТРПБ.RU.ИН03 dated 23.12.2011). Classic hose manufacturing process satisfies to the requirements set out in Technical Regulation 8193-029-85787444-201. Commercial production.
