RUSARSENAL R&M Co offers a new line of Premium РПМ (FHE) series leak-proof pressure hoses without an external protective layer. Thanks to combination of such factors as low value and deserving quality a user can take a number of benefits of our products. These hoses have no equivalents in Russia. We offer a wide range of hoses intended for using at firefighter engines and other technical needs. All Premium hoses are manufactured by means of our own high-technology European equipment by original technology using components that impart improved technical characteristics to the hose. Premium hoses successfully showed themselves to a perfect advantage when being used in very extreme fire-fighting and suppression conditions.
Surge fabric hoses are made of high-quality polyester fiber processed by modern European machines specifically for such items. An internal hose tube is made of Desmopan – thermoplastic polyethylene (TPU). High-quality polyurethane elastomer characteristics combined with efficient thermoplastic properties allow this product to take its competitive position. New elastomeric parameters exceed those demonstrated by any materials produced previously.
Premium hoses made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) have the following features:
- High elasticity at a wide temperature range,
- Perfect resistance to environment and low temperature effects,
- High resistance to grease, oils and solvent resistance,
- Ideal waterproof surface,
- Decomposition and mold resistance,
- No coating with talk powder is required,
- Improved adhesion and extended service life,
- Improved repeated mechanical load stability.
Product Range
Currently, RUSARSENAL R&M Co produces Premium leak-proof hoses primarily with the following internal diameters:
- 50 mm — РПМ(В)-50-1,6-ИМ-УХЛ1 (FHE(IW)- 50-1,6-WOR-MCC1);
- 65 mm — РПМ(В)-65-1,6-ИМ-УХЛ1 (FHE(IW)- 65-1,6-WOR-MCC1);
- 80 mmм — РПМ(В)-80-1,6-ИМ-УХЛ1 (FHE(IW)- 80-1,6-WOR-MCC1);
- 100 mm* — РПМ(В)-100-1,2-ИМ-УХЛ1 (FHE(IW)- 100-1,2-WOR-MCC1);
- 150 mm — РПМ(В)-150-1,2-ИМ-УХЛ1 (FHE(IW)- 150-1,2-WOR-MCC1).

*A 100 mm hose is not covered by GOST (interstate standard) 51094-2008 but it had been tested throughout all design and manufacturing stages for certification.
Scheduled production:
- 1.6 MPa 25, 40, 90 mm hoses;
- 1.6 MPa 100 and 150 mm hoses;
- 3.0 MPa 50, 65, 80 mm hoses.
We can provide you with hoses of any optional length.
On customer demand, hoses may be fitted with hose couplings. 50 and 65 mm hoses may be fitted with hose couplings and hand nozzles РС (HN)-50.01 and РС (HN)-70.01, respectively. Hoses are to be connected to fire couplings and hand nozzles and braced with 1.6 mm (for 50, 65, 80 and 100 mm diameter) and 2.0 mm (for 150 mm diameter) galvanized wire that should meet the requirements set out in GOST (interstate standard) 792. A hose is additionally fitted with a 30 cm pipe branch of similar diameter for removing any damages or leaks in proper time.
Marking
Subject to GOST (interstate standard) 51049-2008, a hose unit should be properly marked for its identification. Select hoses are marked at the distance of maximum 0.5 m from the both ends. The following marking information should be provided:
- Technical regulation compliance mark;
- Manufacturer’s name or trade mark;
- Hose reference designation (РПМ(В)-Ду-ИМ-1,6-УХЛ1 - FHE(IW)- D-WOR-1,6-MCC1);
- Hose length in meters (20+/-1);
- Manufacturing date (month, year);
- Additional details (shift number, QC unit code).
Premium hoses are additionally marked at the distance of maximum 4 m from one of the hose ends as follows:
- Manufacturer’s name or trade mark,
- Manufacturing date (month, year)
Delivery Set
The delivery set includes:
- Individually packed hose,
- Logbook as per GOST (interstate standard) 2.601-2013,
- Repair kit.
Packing
All hoses, regardless of their diameter and completeness, are supplied as individually packed which protected from exposure to environment effects to occur during shipment or storage. Manufacturer’s information is printed on every package.
On customer demand our hoses may be optionally supplied without package.
Important Information
Wholesale products are loaded on standard 1000x1200 pallets by using special handling equipment. Pallet packing requirements:
- РПМ(В)-50-1,6-ИМ-УХЛ1 (FHE(IW)- 50-1,6-WOR-MCC1) — 180 rolls when loaded on a truck and 264 rolls – in a container,
- РПМ(В)-65-1,6-ИМ-УХЛ1 (FHE(IW)- 65-1,6-WOR-MCC1) — 144 rolls when loaded on a truck and 204 rolls – in a container,
- РПМ(В)-80-1,6-ИМ-УХЛ1 (FHE(IW)- 80-1,6-WOR-MCC1)— 120 rolls when loaded on a truck and 168 rolls – in a container,
- РПМ(В)-100-1,6-ИМ-УХЛ1 (FHE(IW)- 100-1,6-WOR-MCC1) — 96 rolls when loaded on a truck and 132 rolls – in a container,
- РПМ(В)-150-1,6-ИМ-УХЛ1 (FHE(IW)- 150-1,6-WOR-MCC1) — 60 rolls when loaded on a truck and 96 rolls – in a container.
Quality and Certificates
RUSARSENAL Premium leak-proof hoses meet GOST (interstate standard) R 51049-2008 and fire safety technical regulations (123 FA dated 22.07.2008 and 117- FA dated 10.07.2012); this product had been tested throughout all design and manufacturing stages (Report No. 383/2ТР-2012 dated 25.12.2012), as well as duly certified in accordance with the applicable procedure (Test Certificate No. 888/2ТР-2013 dated 05.02.2013, Fire Extinguisher Test Laboratory, Academy of State Fire-Fighting Service MES of Russia, N ТРПБ.RU.ИН03 dated 23.12.2011). Premium hose manufacturing process satisfies to the requirements set out in Technical Regulation 8193-025-85787445-2011. Commercial production.
The Russian Marine Registry of Shipping certification process has been initiated for approval of this product.
