Process water (class B) suction hoses (group 1) and delivery-suction hoses (group 2).
RUSARSENAL R&M Co supplies suction and delivery-suction hoses manufactured according to the requirements set out in GOST (interstate standard) 5398-76 and with dew reference to manufacturer’s specification.
Hoses made of rubber and encased by a fabric carcass are featured with their significant flexibility (depending on diameter); they are fitted with a metal coil for ensuring stiffness and strength capacities in various operating conditions. Hose ends are fitted with soft coupling cuffs.

These hoses are intended for taking and discharging process water and various non-aggressive aqueous fluids.
Subject to specific operating conditions, hoses are classified as follows:
- Suction hoses (class 1) for taking process water and aqueous fluids;
Suction-delivery hoses (class 2) for taking, transporting, discharging under the pressure process water and other aqueous fluids.
We advise using the first-group hoses in public utilities sphere for taking in or discharging water off reservoirs; also for completing the motor pumps.
The second-group hoses may be used both for taking and for water injection under the pressure. Such hoses may be fitted with couplings to be connected to firefighter engines and motor pumps. Strainers of respective diameter may be optionally installed for discharging heavily contaminated water.
Important Information
- Firefighter trucks may be completed with 4 m delivery-suction hoses only, class B, group 2 (to fit coupling size).
- Rated length of group 1 suction hoses may be deviated from -100 to 300 mm.
- Moderate climate operating temperature is ranged within −35 to +90 °С.
- Keep fluids (oils, acids, alkalis) out of house coupling faces to prevent their splitting or damage.
- Do not twist, kink or pinch delivery-suction hoses. For preventing damage, do not drag hoses over any surfaces, or expose to open fire/ hot surfaces, or make contact with revolving parts.
